From the foundations of an original 11th century church Saint Clair's was remodeled in the 12th century and completely rebuilt in the 18th, except for the facade. The church, of a simple design, includes a nave, a bell tower and a rectangular apse and brick vaults which were added at the end of the 19th century.
The church plays host to a painting by Mary Layne-Brossard from the 2017 edition of the village's art festival the 'Pussifolies' (see here) ,
Where's Joan? - nowhere to be found - couldn't even find a Clair!
