Monday's chateau here in Centre-Val de Loire - Chateau d'Etableau
Today we feature the chateau at Etableau, just outside Le Grand-Pressigny, we say chateau but actually it's only the remains of the 12th century castle. I sometimes wonder why this is in ruins (understand it was down to protestants) and its neighbour has survived more intact, its major damage was caused by mother nature.

New installation at Prehistory Museum...
This big fella (a life-size Megaceros) has been given a new home in the grounds of the Prehistory museum within the chateau at Le Grand Pressigny.
