Monday's Loire Valley Chateau - Chateau de Fougeres-sur-Bievre.
Chateau de Fougeres-sur-Bievre differs from the grand chateaux of the region in that it is made from the hard limestone of Beauce. rather than the softer and whiter tufa limestone.
