Yesterday's 'where is it?' It is, as many of you knew, the rear entrance to Chateau de Chenonceau On the south side of the river Cher. Today image is of this glorious chateau from that bank.

Monday's Loire Valley Chateau - Rivau

We revisited Chateau du Rivau last week to see it 'dresssed' for Autumn, as with each year, the work put in by the owners is excellent.

In what turned out to be a beautiful autumnal afternoon walking in the gardens was a delight!
